Incoming Student Class Registration

Information about registration will be shared with you via your Longwood email and through Start Here (a comprehensive guide to academics and registration at Longwood for new students). 

Start Here will help you understand how to enroll in your first semester courses during the new student enrollment period and Start Here must be reviewed before you will be granted access to the registration system.

Current Longwood University students are able to register online through myLongwood.

  • Non-Degree Seeking Students - 4 weeks later

1* 89+ Senior
2 56-88 Junior
3 25-55 Sophomore
4 1-24 Freshmen

*Other students who qualify for Time Ticket 1 include students involved in:

  • Graduate Students
  • Honors
  • SLP Online
  • ROTC
  • Veterans

Registration PIN

You need a Registration PIN if...

  • You have 45 or fewer credits
  • You have earned an Associate’s degree at the same time as your high school diploma
  • You are a Social Work Major

You must meet with your academic advisor to receive a PIN number before you can register online. PIN numbers change every semester.


Internships

If you are fulfilling internship requirements please collaborate with the department faculty for your major. Creation of the internship as a course and registration occurs under the guidance of the department chair.
