Potential New Members (PNMs)

Tuesday, January 2 – Last Day to Register for Recruitment

Wednesday, January 3 – All PNMs registered for recruitment will receive a formal email with detailed information regarding recruitment.

Thursday, January 4 - Eligible PNMs will receive an introductory phone call from their Recruitment Counselor and will have the opportunity to ask questions.

1-3 PM - Potential New Members (PNM) return to campus
4:00 PM - PNMs meet their Rho Gamma
4:30 PM - PNMs eat dinner together with Rho Gams in Dorrill Dining Hall
6-8 PM - PNM Introduction to Recruitment

Saturday, January 6, 2024
VALUES DAY - PNMs visit all 9 chapters
10 AM - PNMs arrive & meet with Rho Gams
11 AM - 8:45 PM - Round 1 Parties

* 11:50 - 12:25 PM - Party 2
* Break for Brunch
* 2-2:35 PM - Party 3
* 2:50-3:25 - Party 4
