Effective Monday, May 6, 2013 the Help Desk hours will change to the following:
Monday – Thursday 7:45 AM – 7 PM (previously 9 PM)
Friday 7:45 AM – 5 PM (no change)
Additional support resources available after business hours:
Faculty, staff and students can manage their LancerNet passwords with no assistance from the Help Desk via the CYPHIR website.
Faculty/Staff – Faculty and staff members who wish to manage their LancerNet password via the web should register with the CYPHIR system. Registration consists of answering security questions and choosing a "secret date". After registration, and in the event that the LancerNet password is forgotten, locked or expired, the user can log on to CYPHIR, enter the answers to the security questions and the secret date and reset the password. To access CYPHIR please visit http://password.longwood.edu.
Students – Students can reset a forgotten, locked, or expired LancerNet password at anytime via the CYPHIR system. Registration is not required for students.
Faculty - Instructional Technology Coordinators (ITCs) are available to support faculty the according to the schedule below. The ITC contact number is 434-395-4332. To learn more about ITC services please visit http://www.longwood.edu/graduatestudies/42026.htm.
