Step 2

The "Connect to Server" window comes up.

In the "Server Address" box, enter the following, being sure to add the "s" to "https://" which makes the connection secure. You won't be able to connect without it.

https://webdav.longwood.edu/yourlancernetid

Use the + button if you wish to add it to your "favorites" for later visits.

Choose the "Connect" button.

Step 3

You will now see the "WebDav File System Authentication" window.

Enter "longwood" in the "Domain" box.

Enter your LancerNet ID in the "Name" box.

Enter your current Lancernet password in the "Password" box.

It is probably best not to remember it to your keychain, and definitely not if you are at a computer other than your own.

Choose the "OK" button.

Step 4

A window will now open with the title of the window being your LancerNet ID. The area to the right is a folder that you can copy and paste files into.

Dragging and dropping files into this window will behave like a "copy" command instead of a move command.

On the left, there will be a network share whose name is your LancerNet ID that you can use to connect to later.
