The Student Union Staff encourages you to submit your suggestions about improvements, activities and any other comments you would like to submit to the Union. We will read and respond to all suggestions.
Complaints: A student wishing to file a complaint with the Office of Student Union and Engagement shall fill out the below form with 30 calendar days of the event(s) triggering the grienvance. The grievance must include:
- A clear statement of the university rule, regulation, policy and/or action of which the student complains;
- The date of when the action occurred;
- A summary of the action(s) which the student has taken to resolve the matter informally;
- Documentation which supports the grievances.

If the grievance relates to the Director for Student Union and Engagement the student will address a written grievance to Onie McKenzie, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs for Assessment and Professional Development, who will conduct the same procedures as mentioned above.
