Please join us for the Spring Symposium for Research and Creative Inquiry on April 24, 2018.

We have an exciting set of events planned starting at 8:15am. So far, we have over 600 undergraduate and graduate students registered to present their work at this event and we have students presenting from all academic colleges!

The day is going to be organized like a conference, with hour-long poster sessions occurring in the Blackwell Ballroom all day (9-4), concurrent oral presentation sessions occurring in Ruffner classrooms all day (9-4), and keynote addresses from Longwood alumni in the morning (Dr. Sarah Tanner-Anderson, Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership, Longwood University, 8:15-9:00) and during lunch (Dr. Robert Northington, Research Assistant Professor, University of Maine Climate Change Institute, 12:30 - 1:30). There are also other events occurring on this day including the Junior Art Show in Bedford, the Senior Art Show at the LCVA, and student presentations and s reception at the Moton Museum.
