Margo joined Longwood University in 2007 as a clinician in the Student Health & Wellness Center and became the Director in 2010. In years prior, Margo worked in a hospital setting as a school nurse and finally in primary care settings as a nurse practitioner. She worked with all ages and enjoyed the opportunity to work with each patient and their families. She has found the most rewarding part of her work to be assisting people in obtaining and sustaining optimal health by incorporate healthy habits into their lives. At Longwood, Margo can focus on serving more as a health educator and advocate in her interactions both with individual students as a clinician and the campus as a whole as director.
