Wayne is a member of American Counseling Association, Small College Counseling Association, American College Counseling Association, American College and Personnel Association, Association for Spiritual, Ethnical, and Religious Values in Counseling. He has done presentations on a variety of topics related to mental health and wellness.

Outside the office, he is active with his wife, Martha, and three children. Wayne enjoys reading, music, movies, sports and is active in his church.
