Academic & Student Affairs
Purpose
The Academic and Student Affairs Collaboration Team provides opportunities that are conducive to collaboration among faculty / staff / campus partners and initiatives that enhance student engagement throughout the learning environment.
Objectives for 2012-2013
- Develop and maintain the Academic Affairs / Student Affairs website to include the philosophy, major players, resources (e.g., program descriptions, calendar, and announcement), and featured success stories, etc.
- Coordinate an outreach series to reinforce the collaborative culture of Longwood, share the philosophy and best practices of collaboration in Longwood's learning environment, and provide resources to New Faculty Orientation, CAFÉ, Faculty Senate, and departmental meetings, etc.
