Things to Know

1098-T information

The 2023 1098T will include payments and scholarships/grants for the following semesters:

  • Spring 2023 adjustments
  • Summer Term I 2023
  • Summer Term II 2023
  • Fall 2023 
  • Spring 2024 if registered and paid in 2023

We are reporting payments for Spring 2023 on the 2022 1098T IF registration and payment occurred prior to 1/1/2023.  

Payments will be reported in the year they are paid to the student account. Grants and Scholarships will be reported in the year they are paid on the student account.

Access your 1098-T information online by logging into your Student Account through the myLongwood portal, selecting the Student Tab, selecting My Student Account, selecting the option that says, "Click here to view your account information," and selecting the option for your latest 1098-T Tax statement.

Manage Your Account / Pay Your Bill

To access the TouchNet system login into myLongwood, select the Student tab, click on My Student Account

Authorized Users

Authorized Users will enter using the Longwood University Student Account Suite website once your student has established your access.

Users will have the option to view & print Billing Statements, Account Activity, 1098-T Tax forms and Payment History.

International Students

If you are an international student coming to Longwood University, you can now pay with Flywire! Longwood University has partnered with Flywire so that you can pay in your local currency.
