Proposal Review and Routing Guide
Once you've identified a funding opportunity you wish to pursue, this form must be completed and signed by both the faculty or staff member serving as Project Director, his or her department chair/supervisor and dean/director, and returned to the OSPR. Forms will be routed for additional adminstrative and financial approvals prior to submission of the proposal.

Principal Investigators must specify subawardees of Federal funding during the proposal process and assist OSP in obtaining a completed/signed Subawardee Certifications
OMB Circular A-133 requires prime recipients of Federal funds to monitor sub-awards to ensure subrecipients have meet audit requirements. Subawardee Audit Form
