Former student or alumni without access to myLongwood
No problem! You can still order transcripts online! Visit the transcript ordering website for Longwood University. This method allows you to use a credit or debit card to order and pay for your transcripts in one safe online transaction. The transcript ordering service provides simple, step-by step-instructions, automatic updates on the status of your order, and a 24-hour support network should you encounter any difficulties during your transaction.
If you prefer NOT to order your official transcript online
Paper request forms are available in our office for anyone who does not wish to order official transcripts online. Paper requests that are submitted to our office will be integrated with the online orders and all will produced in the order in which they were received. The processing time for paper forms will be the same as the online orders, which is usually within five business days after receiving the request. Exceptions to this timeline occur during University closings and at peak times in the year.
If you would like to request an unofficial transcript
Current students can view their unofficial transcript on myLongwood. Sign in and click on the Student tab. Look at the bottom of the section entitled Academic Profile. Click on the word Transcript.
Former students and alumni can request copies of an unofficial transcript using the Unofficial Transcript Request Form (pdf). Complete the form and fax, mail, or drop it off in our office.
NOTE: THIS FORM DOES NOT SUBMIT THROUGH THE WEBSITE. IT MUST BE FAXED, MAILED, OR BROUGHT TO OUR OFFICE. THIS IS USED FOR UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS ONLY!
Please allow our office adequate time to process your unofficial transcripts. Requests will be processed and sent as quickly as possible. Typically, this takes 5 business days. Delays occur during peak times in the year.
