I've been on 3 cruises in the past 3 years and I've been overseas two times.
The past is where you learned the lesson. The future is where you apply the lesson. Don't give up in the middle.
I've picked up CrossFit workouts since this summer and also enjoy P90x.

I trained a weekend seminar with Dan Inosanto, who was Bruce Lee’s best friend.

Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and a Bachelors of Arts in Music from Longwood University in 2002.
Masters in Athletic Training from California University of Pennsylvania.
Professional advancements include NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers instructor, and formal military training in the US Army Reserves from 1997 to present.
Currently works full time as the Head Athletic Trainer at Appomattox County High School where he provides sports medical support, teaches introduction to athletic training, weight lifting, and is a Preceptor for AT students from Lynchburg College.
Special focus on stabilizing muscles while developing the larger muscle groups. Client driven interest to develop programs for weight loss, muscle growth, increased power, and increased muscular endurance.
Bench- 325, Squat- 365, and Deadlift 315 earning a spot in the 1,000lbs club. Army Physical Fitness test- 273 out of a possible 300 points.
