I ran the Richmond marathon in 2003, three half marathons, 4 ten miler races, and a number of 10Ks, 5Ks and sprint triathlons.

I've been on 3 cruises in the past 3 years and I've been overseas two times.

I've picked up CrossFit workouts since this summer and also enjoy P90x.
