Workshop Opportunities

The Department of Campus Recreation offers workshops throughout the year for students, faculty and staff in a variety of disciplines.  Our workshops provide participants with the personalized exercise knowledge and motivation needed to reach their fitness goals.  This academic year is sure to bring about additional opportunities so we encourage you to check back frequently!
