Whether you're new to exercise, need a slight push to get back into it or would like to add variety to your current routine, we can help you!

Our qualified staff is prepared to work with you to develop an individualized program and assist you in developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  At Campus Recreation, we pride ourselves in our ability to accommodate clients of different ages, medical conditions and experience levels.

 
 

Initial Fitness Assessment

Meet one-on-one with a Campus Rec Personal Trainer to determine your current fitness level and discuss your personal goals. This one-hour session will determine your:

  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Composition 
  • Flexibility
  • Cardiovascular Eduance
  • Muscular Endurance

 Your exercise program will be designed based on your current fitness level and will take your personal, long-term goals into consideration.

Training Packages

We've developed an array of training packages that we feel will best meet the needs of our campus community.

    • Fitness Assessment
    • Packages ranging from 6, 9, 12, 15 or 18 session

How to Make an Appointment

To get started, simply complete the Training Request Form(online), print the Personal Training Packet (pdf), or stop by the Department of Campus Recreation in the Health and Fitness Center to pick up a packet and make a payment.

Equipment Orientation

Are you interested in learning how you can use the Fitness Floor equipment in your workouts? Sign up for a FREE fitness floor equipment orientation today!! You can register in the Campus Rec Main Office (Upstairs in the gym) or by calling 434-395-2326.
