Personal Training
Whether you're new to exercise, need a slight push to get back into it or would like to add variety to your current routine, we can help you!
Our qualified staff is prepared to work with you to develop an individualized program and assist you in developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. At Campus Recreation, we pride ourselves in our ability to accommodate clients of different ages, medical conditions and experience levels.
Initial Assessment
Your initial assessment will provide you the opportunity to get to know your trainer and to voice any questions or concerns you may have. Your fitness assessment will include heart rate and blood pressure measurements, body composition analysis, flexibility testing and cardiovascular and muscular endurance assessments. Your exercise program will be designed based on your current fitness level and will take your personal, long-term goals into consideration.

Training Packages
We've developed an array of training packages (pdf) that we feel will best meet the needs of our campus community. If you're looking to determine your current fitness level and feel comfortable working on your own, choose the fitness assessment option. If you would like ongoing one-on-one training, our package options range from 3-18 one hour training sessions. If you aren't comfortable working alone, grab a friend and complete your fitness journey together with one of our buddy packages.
To get started, simply complete the Personal Training Request (pdf) and Pre-Participation Screening Questionnaire (pdf) and return to the Department of Campus Recreation in the Health and Fitness Center.
