The Department of Campus Recreation at Longwood University offers a wide array of group fitness classes sure to meet your needs!
Our qualified staff provides a safe, fun and effective environment and welcomes participants regardless of age, gender or fitness level. We are dedicated to providing diverse exercise opportunities to the campus community and with more than 25 classes offered each week, there is sure to be one to help you reach your fitness goals. Class formats range from low intensiity class like Yoga to higher intensity Bootcamp class, so be sure to check out all class descriptions.
