Group Fitness Class Policies

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up equipment and ensure your spot in the class
  • If you are more than 5 minutes late to a class, you will not be permitted to take the class. Please do not enter the class. This is unsafe as you have not given yourself time to properly warm up.
  • Please do not leave the class early (unless you are not feeling well) so you get the full benefits from warm-up to stretch.
