  • Mid-Year Intentions Process

    Who Needs to Participate??

    Are you studying abroad during the Spring 2015 semester?

    Are you student teaching or doing an internship and no longer need housing?

    Are you graduating in December?

    Are you planning to withdraw or transfer from Longwood University?

     

    ***Any student planning to withdraw or transfer, must also contact the Registrar Office to officially withdraw from Longwood.***

     If so…..You will need to complete and submit the mid-year intentions form.

  • Thanksgiving Break 2014

    Tuesday, November 25  Halls Close at 6pm
    Sunday, November 30  Halls Re-Open at noon

    University-managed residential facilities are considered "closed" from 6pm on Tuesday, Nov. 25 until 12noon on Sunday, November 30.  Make your travel plans accordingly.  (University offices will be closed November 26-28.)  

    Longwood managed residents, that need to remain during any portion of the Thanksgiving break period, must communicate intentions

    Pre-deadline (before 3pm on Tuesday, Nov. 25) registration will provide uninterrupted ID card access (where applicable) and will meet communication requirements with Campus Police and other campus departments. 

    SPECIAL NOTE: Residential students that have scheduled academic obligations after 6:00pm on Tuesday, November 25, 2014, should simply "register to stay" in order to have uninterrupted access to their assigned community.
