Frazer Hall is one of our two high-rise residence halls. It was built in 1970 and houses 405 students. The building will house eight floors for freshmen and one floor for upper-class students in a suite-style, air-conditioned environment. Frazer also features a large study lounge, a recreation lounge, a meeting room, and chapter rooms for Alpha Phi Alpha, Phi Mu Alpha, Delta Sigma Pi, Sigma Nu, and Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternities, and Zeta Phi Beta and Delta Sigma Theta sororities. Frazer also shares a large common room with Curry Hall ("Curry Commons"). The staffing includes one Residence Education Coordinator (REC) and nine Resident Assistants (RA). Frazer has also received a facelift that included a re-modeled lobby, new suite doors, new ceiling tiles, and upgraded plumbing and air conditioning systems.
