EARLY ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Only students who are participating in university-sponsored opening roles/activities or required employment AND who have been invited to return early by the sponsoring university office are permitted to be on campus in residence halls before the August Move-In.

Students who do not meet these criteria and who wish to return early must submit the online early arrival request form, which will be available to students in the student housing gateway.   Only very unusual requests with significant justification will be granted, and a charge of $75.00 per night will apply.  Requests to return early based merely on convenience or "wanting to avoid the crowd" will not be permitted.

Make sure to enable pop-ups to access the early arrival request form in the student housing gateway.

Note: All early arrival requests must be received by Friday, August 11.
