Col. Robert Beach is a recognized expert in the field of law enforcement leadership. He has over 42 years of experience as a law enforcement professional, with a reputation for high ethical standards in both his professional and personal life. He possesses a wide range of skills in all aspects of law enforcement, including leadership, management, supervision, training, critical incident management, weapons tactics, and technology. Over the last 15 years Col. Beach has had deep developmental relationships with a number of Universities based Law Enforcement organizations to include George Mason University, Northern Virginia Community College, Liberty University, Virginia Tech as well as Longwood University. Col. Beach has been listed in the prestigious “International Who’s Who in Public Service.”
Professional Experience
During his long career Col. Beach has spent over 25 years in advance leadership and command positions. That experience has been in small and medium size law enforcement agencies as well as with the largest law enforcement agency in the State of Virginia, the Fairfax County Police Department
Upon his retirement from the Fairfax County Police Department Col. Beach worked as a senior consultant to a number of national and international consulting organizations dealing with leadership development, and training for governments, as well as public and private companies. In addition he has maintained his duties as Chief Operations Director of his own international consulting organization FifteenOct Inc. which is a leadership and crisis management development and training organization that he and his wife started in 1997.
Col. Beach’s free time is woven around his Church, Family and Home. The father of five, with thirteen grandchildren, a wonderful wife of 38 years Lorraine, keeps him busy at home, “The FifteenOct Ranch” in New Canton VA in Buckingham County. Col. Beach was ordained as a Baptist Minister in 2001 and is the pastor of Faith Fellowship Church also in New Canton. His hobbies include horses, hunting and fishing.
