Incoming students attending the July and August Orientation sessions will pay the transitional fee online using a credit card when registering.
Up to two guests per students are allowed to attend Orientation & Registration at no additional fee. Additional guests are allowed to attend for a fee of $25 each to cover the cost of meals during the day. Additional guest fees may be paid in cash, check, or money order payable to Longwood University on the day of Orientation at check-in.
Please note: Students who have already paid the transition fee or have received a transition fee waiver will require special instructions to bypass the requirement to pay online with a credit card. These instructions should be send to the student's Live Mail account.
