Longwood University has had a rich tradition of choral music.

The choirs at Longwood are designed to help students improve vocal tone and sight reading, attain high standards of performance, and serve as ambassadors of the University. The choirs are open to all Longwood students, regardless of major.

For the more advanced singer, students may wish to audition for Camerata Singers.
