Employees
- Training must be completed within 30 days of a user receiving access or receiving an annual training reminder.
- If the user goes past the training due date, at two days past due their Vice President will be notified that the user has two weeks to complete the training before access is suspended.
- At two weeks past due the user's access will be suspended until the training is completed.
- The user will be responsible for notifying Information Technology Services (ITS) of training completion so that re-enabling of access may be scheduled.
Retirees
- Training must be completed within 30 days of a user receiving access or receiving an annual training reminder.
- If the user goes past the training due date, at two days past due the user will be notified that he or she has two weeks to complete the training before access is suspended.
- At two weeks past due the user's access will be suspended until the training is completed.
- The user will be responsible for notifying ITS of training completion so that re-enabling of access may be scheduled.
Exception (Not-Longwood Affiliated) Users
- Training must be completed within 30 days of a user receiving access or receiving an annual training reminder.
- If the user goes past the training due date, at two days past due the sponsor will be notified that the user has two weeks to complete the training before access is removed.
- At two weeks past due the user's access will be removed. A new IT Resources and Systems Access Request Form (Exception) must be completed for the user to regain access.
