Megan Fadeley traveled to Thailand for 15 days while taking an economics class called "Intro to Southeast Asia." The class focused on the developing economy of Thailand, primarily focusing on which industries are helping the Thai people as well as the areas of society that are harming the growth of the country.
"In addition to the economy, we learned a great deal about the Thai culture. While in Thailand, we visited temples, rode elephants, ate traditional food, went to popular tourist sites, traveled to significant historical places, and interacted regularly with the Thai people."
"I loved my trip to Thailand because it gave me a wonderfully unique experience that allowed me to try new and different things that I would never have had the chance to do if I had not gone on the trip."- Megan Fadeley, '14
