Reservations for the 2013 Commencement Accessibility Accommodations has now closed as of 5/7/13.
The Office of Disability Resources can provide the following accommodations to visitors for the spring 2013 Commencement Ceremony:

- Accessible Parking
- Accessible Seating

Graduation Accessibility Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I reserve seating for my whole family?
A: We can only reserve seating for individuals with mobility impairments and one attendant if necessary
Q: Where is the accessible seating located? / How will I know which seat is mine?
A: The accessible seating will be located at the end of each seating row. The accessible space as well as the seat for the accompanying guest will be labeled with your name.
Q: Where will the accessible parking be?
A: There are two parking lots that will be reserved especially for accessible parking. Those lots include: The Graham Parking Lot (near the Office of Disability Resources & Hiner Hall) and Jarman Lot (behind the Cunningham's and right beside the lawn/closest to the graduation site).
Q: Can I choose which parking lot I would prefer to park in?
A: The preference of parking spaces is on a first come first served basis. We suggest if you want the closest parking possible then arrive early on the day of the ceremony.
Q: Will be have assistance getting from the parking lots to the graduation site?
A: There will be a golf cart available for those who park in the Graham lot which will transport them to the graduation site. Due to the proximity of the Jarman Lot and the graduation site there will not be a golf cart available in that lot.
Q: How will officials know who can and cannot park in these reserved lots?
A: Public Safety will be made aware of all the families who have signed up for the accessible parking. Each family will also be emailed or mailed a confirmation and a parking ticket that can be displayed on the dashboard of their car.
Q: Do you provide wheelchairs?
A: We do not provide wheel chairs. Golf carts provide transportation to seating from Graham Parking Lot.

- Family members name needing accessible parking and/or seating
- Contact information (either student's email or the person who is calling email)
