Ashley Burcroff, a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Enterprise Holdings, started with Enterprise six years ago as an intern and worked her way up into a management role before joining the HR team.

What are the company values?

One of the things she loves most about the organization is that it’s still family-owned and upholds the same values from 1957, despite being a $23 billion company. According to Burcroff, the core philosophy of the organization is “take care of your employees and customers first and profits will follow.”
