ZTA Closure at Longwood

The National Council of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity has released an official statement regarding the closure of Longwood University's alpha chapter following an intensive investigation by their organization and the university. More information can be found at:

Update: ZTA Closure in the News...

  • The closure of Zeta Tau Alpha was the subject of a story in the Richmond Times-Dispatch (5.8.09) on p. B-1 of the Metro section .  The story, "Sorority closes its founding chapter," was written by Jamie Ruff.  A shorter version of his story can be accessed online.
  • WWBT-TV 12 (Richmond--NBC ) did a story on the ZTA closure, reported by Laura Geller, which can be viewed online.
  • A short version of the story was also reported by WRIC-TV 8 (Richmond-ABC) and can be accessed online.
