Longwood professor's congressional proposal covered in Boston Globe

Longwood University economics professor Scott Wentland's proposal to have congressmen run for re-election in randomized districts was covered in an article "The case for governing by lottery" by the Boston Globe on Sunday, Dec. 2. Wentland says his proposal would limit the influence of special interest groups and make government more effective.
