Longwood Professor's proposal covered by Richmond public radio station

Longwood professor Dr. Scott Wentland's proposal for randomized congressional districts was covered by Richmond public radio station WCVE in a broadcast on Oct. 11 in the piece "Researcher proposes randomized congressional districts." Wentland said his idea will increase participation in government and decrease special interests' foothold in the government.
