Longwood University's Cathy Roy, associate professor of exercise science, was featured on the National Public Radio program With Good Reason this week.

There's no doubt that the number of obese Americans has increased dramatically over the last 25 years - putting them at risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and osteoarthritis.
