  • Housing Registration for 2015-2016

    Longwood Managed Apartment Waitlist

    The apartment waitlist will be available in the student housing gateway beginning Friday, February 20th.  Any student that would like to be assigned to a Longwood managed apartment space at Lancer Park, Lancer Park North & South, Landings, or Longwood Village should submit the waitlist form.  The waitlist form will be available in the student housing gateway https://rms.longwood.edu.  The waitlist will be rank ordered by earned credit hours.  The RCL office will begin to assign students from the waitlist beginning on March 9th.  Therefore, students should submit their waitlist application by 5pm on March 8th.

     

    Main Campus Residence Hall Housing Registration will be held March 16th - March 24th.

    Registration will be conducted each day from 10am to 4pm through the student housing gateway https://rms.longwood.edu

     

    Important Information

    All students that plan to participate in the housing registration process, MUST set-up a roommate pin through the student housing gateway https://rms.longwood.edu

  • Spring Break 2015 / Register to Stay

    Friday, February 27           Halls Close at 6:00pm
    Sunday, March 8                Halls Re-Open at noon

    The on-line registration deadline is 3:00pm on Friday, February 27.

    All Longwood managed residents, wishing to stay during the break period, must register.  Pre-deadline registration is necessary to provide uninterrupted ID card access (where applicable) and to meet communication requirements with Campus Police and other campus partners. 

    (Please note that you will need to use Internet Exlorer or Firefox and enable popups, in order to register to stay from the student housing gateway).

  • Off Campus Intent

    Off-Campus Intent Process

    January 26th – January 30th

    Any student with at least 48 credits that plans to live off-campus with a private landlord for the Fall 2015 – Spring 2016 academic year, must submit the off-campus intent form to notify the RCL office.

    The off-campus intent form can be accessed through the student housing gateway.
