    Mid-Year Intention Process

    Who Needs to Participate??

    Are you studying abroad during the Spring 2016 semester?

    Are you student teaching or doing an internship during the Spring 2016 semester and no longer need housing?

    Are you graduating in December?

    Are you planning to withdraw or transfer from Longwood University?

     If so…..You will need to participate in the Mid-Year Intentions Process!!!

     ***Any student planning to withdraw or transfer, must also contact the Registrar Office to officially withdraw from Longwood.***

    Please go to https://rms.longwood.edu to complete and submit the mid-year intentions form. 

    You MUST use Internet Explorer or Firefox web browser and enable pop-ups

  • Thanksgiving Break 2015

    Tuesday, November 24   Halls Close at 6pm
    Sunday, November 29    Halls Re-Open at 12noon

    University-managed residential facilities are considered "closed" from 6pm on Tuesday, Nov. 24 until 12noon on Sunday, Nov. 29.  Make your travel plans accordingly.  (University offices will be closed Nov. 25-27.)  

    Longwood managed residents, that need to remain during any portion of the Thanksgiving break period, must communicate intentions

    Pre-deadline (before 3pm on Tuesday, Nov. 24) registration will provide uninterrupted ID card access (where applicable) and will meet communication requirements with Campus Police and other campus departments. 


    Residential students that have scheduled academic obligations after 6pm on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, should simply "register to stay" in order to have uninterrupted access to their assigned community.
