An event that drew hundreds of students to Lancaster Lawn on Tuesday and Thursday was covered by WTVR CBS 6 in Richmond in a segment "University Students Get Break With Puppy Love." Faculty members brought their dogs to romp, fetch and play with students as a break from the stress of exams. About a dozen dogs showed up on Thursday, and organizer Dr. Jake Milne said this may become an annual tradition at Longwood.
